DANBIO is the Danish research register for rheumatologic diseases (arthritis, etc.) for monitoring clinical quality and facilitating research at the national, regional, and hospital levels. At present, about 60 000 patients are followed in DANBIO with more than 100 000 patient visits recorded yearly.

SITS (Safe Implementation of Treatments in Stroke) is a non-profit, research-driven, independent international collaboration, with its base at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden.

RAREDIS is a database for rare genetic and often congenital diseases, developed on the basis of the recommendations in the Danish Health and Medicines Authority's report from 2001 and with support from the Nordic Council. RAREDIS has been active since 2007 at the two Centers for Rare Diseases in Denmark.

Dermbio er en velimplementeret landsdækkende database i dansk dermatologi, som leverer data om biologisk behandling (andengenerations immunmodulatoriske behandlingsmidler). Databasens dækningsgrad anses over 95%, dog bemærkes et mindre fald fra 2019-2020. Dette vurderes at være forårsaget af længere besøgsintervaller under COVID-19-pandemien.

This database has been created in order to obtain uniform, longitudinal data over adult and juvenile myositis cases in order to achieve increased knowledge on disease course and prognosis of myositis.
